分享如何得到一年676签证的申请过程

我的岳父母年龄71岁，我们想让父母出来转转，到澳洲旅游，又可以照顾小孩，在认真参考了http://www.oursteps.com.au/bbs/v ... 9381&extra=page%3D1，所列的帖子，都认真拜读了一遍后，开始申请，最后父母都得到了一年的676探亲申请，中间有一点波折，父亲体检有丙肝，但签证处还是批准了，比较顺利，希望大家共享。
我所提供的资料列表:
1、岳父母的护照原件及首页的复印件
2、岳父母护照照片（5）张，不知具体要多少，多寄了些。
3、岳父母每个人的英语完整填写48RCHS并签名；（676每个人单独审理，所以每人一份）
4、岳父母每个人英语完整填写54家庭成员表并签名；（676每个人单独审理，所以每人一份），下载表格有中文和英文，我只添了英文的。岳父母年龄比较大，不用将所有亲属都列出，灵活掌握。
5、户口本整本的复印件
6、我爱人出生公证的复印件，证明亲属关系。
7、岳父母银行存款证明复印件，当时银行要求锁定一定的期限，我们定存3个月，但存单后有句话，可以提前支取，签证到手，就取去吧。复印件就可以。
8、岳父母房产证的复印件
9、岳父母退休证复印件
10 岳父母的退休工资流水，每个人到银行打印了2个月的流水，让银行盖个章，银行不给。
11、我出的邀请信+担保信， 每个都是有中文，有英文。
12、我出的护照签证复印件+我爱人的+我小孩的，印了主要是首页和有澳洲签证的页。
13、我的银行存款单子，在网上银行打印的Commonwealth Bank 的存款流水和目前的结余。
14、我的一个月的工资单（paylist）
15、我和爱人的结婚证复印件
16 、汇递申请费的收据复印件，目前审理费是  http://www.china.embassy.gov.au/ ... HS%2024092009%2epdf
17、一张全家福，包括岳父母与其他子女的合影，想证明有其他子女，不会不归。
18、我的购房合同，租房也可以
19、带我居住地址的信，如水费，电话费，煤气费单，我的是煤气费单。

以上就是我的材料清单，将所有材料装到一个信封中，特快专递到上海签证处。

父母的材料在国内，我的材料如护照，工资单在澳洲，我是扫描后传邮件给国内，国内打印。我出的邀请信+担保信，需要我签名，发到国内，找妹妹签字就可，总之没有往国内邮寄澳洲的材料。
邀请信+担保信在附件中，只是删除了姓名等信息。邀请理由看到许多争论说照顾小孩的理由是个好理由，有些人反对，为了争取最大的时间一年签证，我主要写父母旅游，只提了一句话，小孩上学需要父母接送。

我与丈夫到澳洲已经差不多一年了，这段时间生活工作比较顺利。丈夫找到了稳定的工作，我们也用积蓄买了新房子。
在澳洲生活虽然安逸，我时常想念家乡，尤其想念父母。父母从小将我一点点教育长大，给我生命和巨大的支持帮助，他们即是父母又是我的老师和朋友，当我遇到困难和挫折的时候，父母总是给我爱心和照顾。我思念父母，儿子总是问我：“姥姥、姥爷什么时间来看我，和我一起玩”？我渴望得到他们的爱抚。
父母虽然年纪很高，但是身体很好，我邀请父母到澳洲来旅游，也是报答父母养育之恩。总所周知澳洲有丰富的旅游资源，澳洲一年四季鲜花盛开，到处绿草如荫，有新鲜的空气，阳光明媚，四面环海，有许多著名的海滩，象黄金海岸和班代（Bondi Beach）。父母喜欢旅游购物，四处观光。我们一家陪父母看大海，钓鱼，买东西购物，享受澳洲葡萄酒的美味。
我草拟了旅行计划如下：
1、 父母11月8日登陆悉尼。
2、11月中旬到悉尼游玩，情人港、悉尼歌剧院、海港大桥。
3、12月中旬到海边游玩，到班代海滩和纽卡斯海滩。
4、2010年2月中旬到布里斯本、黄金海岸、大堡礁游玩。
5、2010年5月中旬到墨尔本游玩，看看墨尔本的City和墨尔本艺术馆。
6、2010年7月中旬到堪培拉游玩，观光堪培拉的国会大厦和格里芬湖。
7、2010年9月中旬到佩斯游玩，观光天鹅湖和品尝葡萄酒美味。
8、2010年11月7日启程回国。
    我给父母申请一年旅游签证，主要是因为父母年纪比较大，每次游玩需要休息一段时间，养精蓄锐准备下次的旅游。父母来澳洲也帮助我家减轻生活压力，丈夫每天很早去工作，很晚才回家，我偶尔也去工作，孩子比较小，马上要上小学，父母有时可以帮助接送孩子。
我尽心尽力保证父母在澳洲期间的人身安全，使父母享受澳洲美好旅游时光，顺利回国。

          Invitation Letter For My Parents to Travel and Visit Australia

To whom it may concern:

I have live in Australia for almost one year, during the period, our family feels very comfortable, my husband has a stable job and we bought a new unit in Sydney.
Although I get easeful living condition, I often miss my hometown, especially miss my parents. I lived with my parents over 20 years until I worked in Beijing which is the capital of China. It was hard to feed me up over 20 years, they were tired accompanying my growth until I was an adult. They gave me countless education and financial support. They are not only my parents but also my teachers and my friends. When I got frustration, I always got help and care from them, they gave me strength and love to defeat the difficulties, I miss them every day and each night, every day my son asks me the same question “when will be my grandparents coming over to Sydney because I miss them so much”? My father and mother also miss their grandson very much.
Although my parents are nearly 70 years, however they are in good health. Thus I invite them to travel although Australia to enjoy the happiness life in Australia. This presents my heart to repay their many years of fosterage.
It is well known that there are rich of tour resources in Australia, all kinds of flowers are blooming through a year and glasses grow flourish. Millions of people are attracted to here because of the sunshine and fresh air. There are many famous beaches like Gold Coast, Manley and Bondi Beach. At the same time my parents like travelling and going shopping, so I sincerely invite my parents to travel Australia and enjoy wonderful life with me and my family for one year.
We can travel by cruiser to see the broad sea and go fishing and visit super markets, going to hunter valley and taste the grape wines which are made in Australia.
I have made a draft schedule for our trip as below:
1. Parents will be arriving on 8th Nov 2009.
2. We will be touring Darling Harbour and Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge on 15th Nov 2009.
3. Parents will be touring Bondi Beach and New Castle Beach and going fishing on 15th Dec 2009.
4. On 15/02/2010 we will drive to Gold Coast to see broad sea and tour the Great Barrier Reef.
5. On 15/05/2010 they will visit Melbourne by train, they can view the city and visit the Art Gallery. I have some friends who would look after my parents.
6. On 15/07/2010 they will travel Canberra to see the view of capital city, especially to see the famous building of Parliamen and the Lake Burley Griffin.
7. On 15/09/2010 they will travel to Perth and taste grape wines which are made in Australia and view the Swanriver.
8. On 7/11/2010 they will be returning back to Beijing.
We invite them to stay one year because they are nearly 70 years old and need to have a good rest for a period after each time travelling, they need save strength and save up energy for the next trip.
In addition parents also help me to decrease living pressure. My husband always goes to work very early in the morning and return home late. Sometimes I have to go to work for good living condition. My son is only 4 years old, he will be going to school next year, I sometime need my parents to send my son to school and pick him up after school.
We will guarantee to look after my parents’ safety within Australia and make sure they will be really happy and enjoy this trip journey when they travel in Australia and we also ensure they return home on time.

that I have the financial means and I will provide any necessary assistance to ensure that the visitors named below have adequate funds for personal support during the period of their current visit to Australia XX(father’s name), XX.(mother’s name).
I make this solemn declaration by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1959 as amended and subject to the penalties provided by the Act for the making of false statements in statutory declarations, conscientiously believing the statements contained in this declaration to be true in every particular.
