移民局要求补充的资料

我收到移民局关于父母付费移民要求补充的资料, 有不明白的地方, 请教各位高手指点

我只申请妈妈付费,没有申请爸爸, 但被要求补充下列资料:

1. Health Requirements - All applicants (including spous/dependent who is not migrating) are required to undergo medical examinations, chest x-rays and HIV blood tests.
是否两人都需要体检?

2. Completed Form 80
All applicants over 16 years of age(including spouse/dependent who is not migrating) must fully complete and immediately return the completed form 80.
是否两人都要分别填Form 80?

3. Police Certificates for all applicants over 16 years of age(including spouse/dependent who is not migrating) from the following contries:
*The Peoples Republic of China
是否两人都要分别提供无犯罪证明?
