如何获取“Occupation in demand”20 point？

我正在申请175，其中需要1119.pdf第28页提到满足下面的条件可以获取“Occupation in demand”20分。
If you:
• nominate a skilled occupation that appears on the MODL when you apply or
when your application is decided;
• have been employed in that skilled occupation or a closely related skilled
occupation for a period totalling at least 12 months in the 48 months
immediately before lodging your application; and
• have an offer of full-time employment in that occupation or a closely related
skilled occupation from a business that has employed at least 10 people
full-time in the 24 months immediately before lodging your application.

请问这个lodging your application的时间是如何计算的？
1。ACS收到我的材料并签收的时间；
2。我通过职业评估之后，又过了一段时间（做其他准备工作），提交最终visa申请到移民局的那天的时间。

截至2010年4月，我有1年研发（2006年4月到2007年4月），3年市场销售工作经验（Technical Sales），那我的最后期限是2010年4月把材料提供给ACS，还是移民局收到我的visa申请？

各位兄弟，是我说错了。
我数学本科毕业后硕士研究生读计算机软件，自从04年4月到到2007年4月一直都在国内某知名电信方面的vendor做C/C++软件开发；07年4月到现在转为Technical Sales，虽然不是研发，但和软件有非常紧密的关系，包括运营商软件需求收集，投标，总体方案设计等。
我认为2010年4月30日是我能满足ACS要求的最后一天，即4年至少有1年（06年4月到07年4月）C++研发经验。
我有2个问题：
1、Information Technology Manager 或者EE都和我最后3年的电信/IT销售经验不符合吧？

2、4年至少有1年提名工作经验：我的最后期限是2010年4月30日把材料提供给ACS，还是移民局收到我的visa申请？

我没有看到必须要澳洲的offer才可以拿20分啊？我截图给大家看就明白了。

If all the following apply:

    * your nominated occupation is on the MODL
    * you have been employed in your nominated skilled occupation, or a closely related skilled occupation for a period totalling at least one (1) year in the four (4) years immediately before you make your application
    * you have a job offer for full time employment in Australia in your nominated occupation from an organisation that has employed at least ten (10) people on a full time basis for the two (2) years immediately before you make your application.

感谢r版主的提醒，看来我的PDF文件过时了。请问：immediately before you make your application如何理解？是ACS签收的时间A，还是移民局收到我的visa申请的时间B？而且，A和B的差距可以为半年吗？

booklet 6/DIAC网站上，所有提到application的地方，都是指移民签证申请
差半年没关系，关键是你被ACS认定和MODL职业相符合的12个月经验，是否在提交申请前4年内

我和澳洲的兄弟联系了，他说那边的电信方面的工作不好找。我想等一等。我从04年4月到07年4月有3年C++/C研发经验，然后就一直到现在做电信/计算机方面的销售工作。
您能帮忙估计一下：
1、我最迟递交职业评估材料给ACS是哪天？
2、最迟一天递交visa申请给移民局是哪天？
