已分VO的07年7月136ACS MODL最新情况

我是07年7月申请136的MODL，08年9月分的co Jason Huang要求补料，11月补交雅斯、体检、中国未刑，2月补副申请雅斯，3月底补荷兰未刑公证，所有材料全部补齐。周四收到移民局来信大致意思就是因为金融危机，审理放慢，由于我不在CSL上这个财政年度（到今年6月30日）内肯定不会批。看来新政对已分CO的case也有影响，看来只能无限期等待了

非常奇怪，08年9月分了CO，距离12月新政有好几个月，你的COJason Huang为什么不准签？搞什么名堂？你补个料要用4个月的时间去补？

说来话长，首先我接到补料信后才去考雅斯，排队到10月考试，11月出成绩，之后中介通知我要交副申请雅斯，于是又排队到1月初考试，接着在今年1月底中介才通知我要做荷兰未刑，这个未刑用了近2个月时间，结果就拖到3月23日才全部补完料，郁闷啊

那就只能说时运不济啊。07年7月的136，你的当年同学们早就安顿下了。办个担保吧。

只是说明一个问题，即使分了CO的也受到影响

咳，您老人家，这是3月16日就公布了的政策，您还一惊一乍的。不仅是分了CO的，就是你预签了，只要不符合新政策，也给您从“飞机上”拖下来。

所以啊，应该经常上freeoz追踪进度，差不多到你的时候就把材料补齐了，vo一看什么都有了，一happy立马就准了，多好！

关键未刑和体检今年11月要过期的，难不成到时候再来一次啊，晕死

过期也没事的，CO不会要你重做的，你放心。顶多是登陆时间紧凑点罢了。
你现在的问题不是去看未刑和体检，而是关心如何才能尽快准签过去。办担保。

我倒是觉得LZ没有必要担心无限期的等待！我是前CSL的TRA也被CUT了，情况和你差不多分完CO了也补完料了，就是差准签。这个财年不处理的话下个财年是最有可能的，现在CSL的处理进度已经到09年1、2月份的了。我们这些MODL上的准签还会远吗！

朋友，我和你一样。但我喜欢看数字。你知道不知道从09年1月开始到现在6月份了，这将近半年时间，又跑出来多少个CSL？   本来我在澳宝上看见他们版主说的话，以为是玩笑，自己再回来一统计，靠。。。           虽然移民局说新财年，还是按照08年12月的新政来搞，咱们祈祷新财年MODL动起来。。。也就是祈祷吧

支持灌木丛啊，移民局是用了“brust”来形容09年1-3月份CSL的申请数量，所以5月底前CSL分CO的承诺无法达到

csl的才处理到12月初呢，12月到5月，还有一大批csl的呢，71之前能全部分co的可能性很小

楼主别急，好事多磨，虽然现在放慢了，金融危机过后也许就井喷式加快了（纯属个人畅想，如有雷同，不追究版权 ）

我们07年8月的TX都已经等了近2年的时间，移民局无论如何都要给我们一个说法。不可能无限期的拖下去！

既然是ACS的MODL怎么会不在CSL上？

所有ACS的MODL目前都在CSL上啊。看不懂楼主的意思。
