都快要15天了,一点消息都没有.ALREADY PRO GRANTED,BUT STILL SHOWING REQUIRED IN ,WHAT CAN I DO

I just called IMM again to ask whether the VISA quota is over or not.

And the receptionist said that
"I can not comment anything that isn't displayed on our wetsite. And I am not informed about the VISA quota. Please be patient, your case officer is processing your case as soon as possible."
