请大家推荐一下好的州担保

去年七月下旬递交的E175的申请。最近半年很忙，没注意到移民政策有变。
前两天到OZ来看了一下，发现比我后申请的人都已经准签了，怎么我连VO都没有分到呢？
情急之下写信问了一下进度，等了快一周人家终于给回信了，内容如下：

The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Senator Chris Evans,
announced a range of changes in response to the global economic crisis to
ensure the Skilled Migration program is better targeted and more
responsive to industry needs.

These changes affect skilled visa applications and gives priority
processing to applications in the following order:
1. employer sponsorship
2. state or territory sponsorship
3. an occupation on the Critical Skills List (CSL)
4. an occupation on the MODL
5. all other applications.

The CSL is a list of occupations developed in response to the changing
critical skills needs of Australia.

As your nominated occupation is not on the CSL and you are not nominated
by a State or Territory government or sponsored by an employer, the
processing of your visa application will be delayed until those visa
applications which meet the processing priorities are finalised.

The priority processing directions apply to all applications, including
those in the final stages of processing.

There is no set time for the processing of applications for skilled
migration.  Information on our current processing priorities is updated
each Tuesday.

To be granted a visa this program year, applicants will need to meet visa
requirements and be sponsored by an employer or nominated by a State or
Territory government if they do not have an occupation on the CSL.

If you wish to have your application processed as a priority, you may wish
to consider applying to a State or Territory for nomination or seeking an
Australian employer to formally sponsor you.

我去查了一下CSL，果然我的专业（2231-17）已经不在上面了。
根据他们的说法，也就是上面红的那部分，我最好找个雇主或州担保才能保证提前被处理。
我不明白，同样是E175怎么差别就那么大呢？人家比我晚两三个月的都准了呢

不过哭也没用，这里请各位好心的筒子们给出出主意。
现在这么不景气，恐怕雇主是找不到了，也许找州担保还行。还请高手们指点一下怎么办才好啊

先看看你的雅思几分？周担保对雅思要求都比较高。另外，我也是2231-17，好像就首都担保list上有这个。而且要口语6.5。我就卡在了这半分上。

看来下一年度我们这类人获签是不可能了。

估计要等到2010- 2011年了。

如果到2011年我也无所谓。反正我现在穷的叮当响
经济危机又找不到工作，我还担心最近签下来又没法去呢。
可是转念一想，万一两年后政策又有变，彻底签不下来怎么办？
都奔三十的人了，耽搁不起啊！
我大概看了一下精华贴，有的州担保还要看你有多少存款呢。
那我就彻底没辙了
真希望有那位难友已经解决了这样的问题，来给咱分享分享经验啊！

首都担保看不看你的经济状况？

每个洲的担保都要有资金证明的，数额每个洲不一样，大概要20w的存款证明（借也可以，最好冻结一个月）。

BTW 我也是去年7月申请的

在提176时，州政府会要求你提出估算两年生活所需，并对此金额提出证明。
20W澳币吗？应该不用那麽多，当初我是提7W的证明～

记得，去年我申请 维州的时候，没有要资金证明。 只是要估算自己的生活费用，  说明一下自己的经济实力，能带多少钱去。

我是说20wRMB，bug好有米的说。我现在没那么多现金，不知道是否可以以其他形式来证明，房产，车什么的。

昆士蘭的 475 visa 有包括 2231-17, 大家可以考慮一下
