ACS扣款问题

一般收到ACS确认信后多久会扣款啊？我2009-04-22收到确认信，到现在还没扣款，是不是意味着扣款失败了？状态还是“To be allocated”，我该怎么办啊？等的心焦啊

按照以前的进度是签收后一周左右，扣款 RN。不过现在通过Online申请，有的筒子当场就扣款给RN了。不清楚LZ是什么情况。

我没用电子申请，直接UPS快递过去的。现在已经超过1周了

耐心等等吧，应该快扣款了。后面还有很长一段路了，LZ要耐心坚持哦！

今天收到email了，扣款真的失败了。惨！

这句话最后一句很搞啊，send the receipt，怎么send这发票凭证啊？

到底是哪个问题也没明确：卡主不可能错，卡号检查过无数遍，难道是要先存钱？

对方已经不给我用信用卡的机会了，上面没有credit card了。
