然后体检的结果不是由医院直接送的吗？难道是由我把体检结果，无罪证明及职业评估原件一起寄给huang？

是不是要你寄原件？

你用一个黑色长尾夹子，把他发给你的这个封面或信件打印出来，和你的材料夹在一起，然后发给他。
这些文件不要装订，要可以自由拆卸才行。

Police Clearance certificates - 无犯罪证明（公证）的原件
Evidence of undergoing medical examinations - 体检的证据。比如医院开的体检证明，或者体检收据之类的。这个可以向医院索取。
Original Skills Assessment - 职业评估的时候发给你的通过信。

这段话应该是补料信的最后一页, returnable coversheet
如果邮寄纸质文件的话,放在文件的上面的列表,移民局给你写好了,就不用自己再写了.

但是移民局不推荐纸质文件补料,扫描发Email就行了,附件中的文件格式,补料信有详细说明.
在邮件中做个列表就行了.
BTW , Evidence of undergoing medical examinations - 关于体检的证据，补料信有说明，只需要说明体检时间就行了，不需要收据等．

"Applicants requested to provide health, character, or IELTS testing results do not need to provide copies of receipts unless specifically asked to do so; however, you do need to advise this office:
1. The examination dates for medical examinations
2. The police clearances applied for and the date the application was made;
3. The details of any IELTS test/s booked including test dates and the name and location of the test centre."
