我是主申请人，LP是副申请人。昨天接到 CO 的信，要LP的 Functional English Language Ability, 但她还没有报考雅思，请问在这种情况下，如果希望稍晚些给 CO 提供 LP 的雅思成绩，我该如何向 CO 解释，获得其同意？另外，一般副申请人的雅思成绩最晚可以拖到何时提供？过了此最后期限，是否就被当作需要登陆澳洲后交钱去上语言班的了？
A full response should be made within 28 days of receiving this letter, which is by – 06 May 2009. You are taken to have received this letter today.
If there has not been any response by that date, or if the response is unsatisfactory or incomplete without a sound reason then, in accordance with legislation this application may then be decided based on information available.
这封邮件中的28天回复期限，是要求我必须把 CO 需要的材料（体检结果，LP的雅思，无罪公证）在此期限内补齐发送给他吗？如果来不及，可以申请延期吗？
