【未经证实】7月份配额满，暂停办理

别被标题吓着，我只是有所耳闻，来求证一下哦。

昨天听一个好友的中介说的，我到网上查了下似乎没有类似消息，稍微有点放心。

但是，刚刚一上MSN，公司以前常驻澳洲2年的前老板，who is 现在做投资移民的代理，who is also平时跟我私交不错的人，主动告诉我这个消息，看来似乎有些可信了。但是不知道是都停了还是就三无停了。
问起原因，说是移民局最近裁了不少人。

还有哪位的中介透露过此消息么？求证。

不过也无所谓了我现在是想开了该干嘛干嘛，还能多陪陪我家小狗呢

7月份配额满是什么概念？
是现在配额就已经用完还是到7月份配额用完的意思？
7月本来就是新财年，老配额用完，下新配额很正常啊；如果现在就已经用完了。。。那忒恐怖了，离‘年底’还有三个月呢

我早说了，我认识一移民局扫地的，他的内线消息是还有26个配额，你们都不相信我，都要相信什么中介的。
我认识那扫地的很牛的，要不我留个他的电话话？你们联系下他说不定还能分个紧缺的配额给你呢～
要问我为什么这么自信，我移民局有人唉！

我证实一下这个消息是真的,这是我今天收到的email,唉面试完等了三个月了
The Government has decided to reduce the 2008-09 skilled migration program from 133,000 to 115,000. A decision has been taken to limit the total Business Skills program to 7,500 places. Further information on this is available from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship’s website at http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/g ... gration/pdf/faq.pdf

It is expected this outcome will be achieved through a combination of careful management of the onshore caseload and a cap on the offshore Business Skills classes (Class UR – Provisional Business Skills Subclasses 160 to 165 and Class EA – Business Talent (Migrant) Subclass 132 visas). Capping means that a set number of visa grants is determined by the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship for a particular visa category or categories. Once that number is reached no further visa grants can occur until the next program year, beginning 1 July 2009.

The Department is unable to estimate how long it will take to process visas. The visa processing standards relate to normal processing and conditions and are only a guide for the majority of applications. They do not take into account the capping measures which have been introduced.

Due to the above changes your application is still under assessment.

不知道这位同学所说的那么多都是在哪里看到的？貌似移民局3.16以后就没怎么有大手笔，速度慢的惊人才是真的！

有疑问过来求证是可以的，但是在没有确切根据的情况下，还是谨慎地“引经据典”比较好，大家的神经真的受不了“据说”的折磨了，起码我是受不了

program is responsive to the worsening global economic situation.  On 16
March 2009 a revised processing order for applications with identified
skills in high demand took effect.  Applications with employer or state
or territory sponsorship continue to receive first priority, then those
with business skills and with an occupation on the Critical Skills List
(CSL).  The aim is to improve the skilled migration program so that
migrant workers are meeting skills shortages and not competing with
Australian workers for jobs.  The Minister is monitoring the migration
intake and will aim to set the 2009-2010 migration program to reflect
the economic climate as part of the Budget process.

You nominated a skilled occupation that is not on the CSL and your
application is not currently eligible for priority processing.  While we
sympathise with your circumstances, we are sorry to advise that your
application is not able to be finalised this financial year.

Applications that are currently ineligible for priority processing may
be progressed when the economy returns to growth.  Should you be able to
secure employment in Australia, you may wish to consider an
employer-sponsored visa or alternatively seek State or Territory
government nomination.  An eligible Australian employer could sponsor
you and guarantee to employ you for a period of time under the Temporary
Business (Subclass 457) visa, the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme
(RSMS) or the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS).  Further information on
these schemes and instructions for obtaining nomination/sponsorship is
available from Booklet 5, Employer Sponsored Migration or on the
Department's website;

不管怎样，离6月下旬还有3个月，继续等待贝，看有没有新分CO而且准的。

总结两封信的思路，应该是说4类商务移民没有名额了，非州担保和CSL也没有名额了，而CSL和州担保如何，情况不明——可能还有希望。
这可能就是风传没有名额的reliable source.
