按照以上这段话的意思：我是否可以选择用清华认证处默认地址：Adelaide Skilled Processing Center, Level 4, 55 Currie Street, Adelaide Australia，还要不要在Level4后面加个west?接收人按上面这段话意思是不是要写Mark Van Pelt-ASPC REGION 5还是用默认的ASPC，请大家赐教！再次感谢！！！

意思是说你在cdgdc里面的reference上（也就是使馆档案号）里不仅写CLF 还有CO的名字，这样方便到时dispatch。我觉得收信地址应该还是默认的ASPC，通常不会直接给CO的，前面应该有个dispatch center负责的。
我的CDGDC就是直接邮寄到ASPC，由于是电签，所以只提交了TRN号码，结果也正常放到我的file里了，因为我在online system中的oversea qualification 看到是received的。
