HOC体检处理时间，一般3-4周

今天发送了一个查询，询问体检结果。上周六做的体检。

回信如下：
I would estimate approximately three to four weeks until a health result will be available to your visa case officer. We process applications inorder of receipt, and we are only processing non-urgent cases received on 2nd February today. As yours was received on 26th February, you willappreciate that we have a lot of others to do until we get to yours.

从回信可以知道，一般体检处理时间是3-4个星期。也就是小一个月。
但不知道他们所说的 “urgent cases ”是哪些？？

雇主担保
配偶。
