这个补料什么意思？

今天收到信，要求加reference:
* Certified copy of proper and detailed employer references from ***corp as the reference that was provided only had the start date and therefore could not make correct assessment.

Also a reference from **** Co & ***Computer Co Ltd is required for correct and complete assessment.

因为我还在现在公司，所以推荐信没有写截至时间，他现在是否要有截至日期的？
我在现在公司4年多了，java，本科，是否以前的应该不再需要了？而且以前公司都不存在了，应该怎么说？
信中还提到：
If after 35 days (if you live in Australia) or 49 days (if you live overseas) from the date of this letter, the requested documentation is not received the Australian Computer Society will forward your file to an Assessor , whereupon a result will be issued on the documentation held.
这样我把现在公司的推荐信改一下，送过去，让他给Assessor就可以了吧？
下面这句话什么意思？
PLEASE NOTE THAT FURTHER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION.

还在上班的公司就写 from xxx xxx till present day
然后要有当日的打印日期（信头或者推荐人签名处）

公司不存在了也可以找推荐人写推荐信的啊，而且明显是你告诉ACS你曾在XX公司工作他才会问你要推荐信

你如果确认你可以评到Group A的话，四年经验就足够了

最后那句话就是说补完这次料就不用再补了

RITZ真是好人。
我应该能确保group A，学校大致在top10之列，本科计算机，现在公司工作接近五年，不过当时只写了to present，忘了提明确日期了。
如果这样，前面公司的推荐信我就不去搞了，现在的refer letter加上时间就可以了吧？一定要公证么，停费时间的。

推荐信不需要公证的，只要是英文写的就可以

再次感谢ritz，明天把现在公司的带截止日期的refer letter再次发出去，其他公司的ref leter就不发了。
