我是发贴 在职业评估出来之前就递交e175申请的，现在我职业认证下来了，比申请日期晚6天，现在我发信给移民局，他告诉我If you obtained your skills assessment after the date of lodgement, as
suggested in your email below, you will need to withdrawal your
application, request a refund and reapply. This is in your best interests
as you will not meet the time of application criteria and your application
may be refused.
然后让我申请一个discretionary REFUND， 请问这里有没有律师觉得胜算如何？ 谢谢了！

楼主太着急了，职业评估必须在递交申请之前做好，还有雅思，这都是必须的。

这有什么. 他的意思是退你的钱, 让你重新申请一次. 还可以了.

你就withdraw你的申请, 并要求退款. 然后再申请一次. OK.

应该是好消息吧,他已经告诉你request a refund and reapply,那你就要求退款

撤回申请，退钱。

然后重新申请，也耽误不了什么时间。
