刚递了175，发现大问题啦！！！

我本月递了175，电签，立刻受到移民局的资料清单，里面有些东西挠破了头也没有想出来，请大伙务必给我的意见！！谢谢啦。

问题一：我给ACS的推荐信是2008年2月的，隔了12个月，我递这个行吗？还是得写个新的呢？之前有人说半年之内的可以，又有人说一定要ACS的，究竟是咋啦？

问题二：怎么list里面会有体检表（Form 160EH，Form 26EH），难道要我现在就去体检？？！！
我收到移民局的信里有这样一句：Regulation 2.15 of the Migration Regulations 1994 provides a time limit of 28 days after the date of this email for you to submit the documents previously listed.  If you do not respond within this timeframe, we may proceed to decide this application on the basis of the available information.
28天让我搞个体检哪来的及呢！！

ACS的推荐信你把日期更新到最新，再打一份，然后重新签名再扫描。 如果你就这么递交了，那么这一年来的日期怎么证明呢？当然你也可以通过税单，合同来证明，不过稍微更新下我认为更方便。
