请问查询什么时候会有答复

请问各位，在http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm这里查询了，什么时候会有回复？当然除了当时的自动回复以外了。
我11号查询过一次，到现在还没有回复。

刚刚回复了。他说“我还没有分到”。然后列出了一堆

为什么475还有没分到VO的啊？！

会不会要分完所有雇主担保才到州担保啊？要是不断有雇主担保的插进来岂不是很久很久都分不到？而且分了CO人家还要等补料、准签以后才能接下一个吧？那其他类别的不是更惨？？？还有其他国家的人呢。
