查询是否为CSL的回复

移民局果然在加班，今天收到关于CSL的回复，不知几时能分CO. 其他同学的回复是否是一样的？

Thank you for your e-mail in relation to your visa application under Australia’s General Skilled Migration program.

I note that  requested documents have been received and this application is now ready for allocation to a Decision Maker for finalisation.

There may be some delay before a Decision Maker contacts you regarding this application, however no further documents are required at this time.

我收到的回复和你的不一样，回信的人似乎没搞清楚，他以为有officer联系过我了，其实我是把每周进度里的那段话copy给他看的。
所以我只好又发一封查询信，唉。。。。。。

不过话说话来，同学你的CSL查询信是怎么给他们写的？

看起来是好消息哦，不是说你的文件已经准备交给决策人结案了吗？还说暂时没有需要补其他料，看来是要准了。

要通过移民局的在线查询，不能通过email查询。

是的，我就是通过post-lodgement inquiry系统查的，选"others"，然后跟他们讲我是CSL，然后抄了一段每周进度里的指导。

我是08年7月递交的，通过post-lodgement inquiry系统查的。以下是我写的内容：

     I write to you to confirm that my application will be processed once my lodgement date has been reached, since skills assessment from the ACS showing my occupation a computer specialisation (listed on the MODL).   
     Please confirm.

我也觉得奇怪，怎么会是“ready for allocation to a Decision Maker for finalisation.”？没有这么快才对呀，我猜应该就是一个统一的回答。

绝对不是统一的回答。
我的回复是：
Dear Sir/Madam

The Critical Skills List is a list of occupations developed in consultation with State and Territory governments. It is focused on medical and key IT professionals, engineers and construction trades. The CSL will be more responsive than the Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL) in identifying and prioritising applications for skills in critical shortage.

The CSL will be reviewed regularly, in consultation with the States and Territories, industry and unions to ensure that it remains valid and current in the changing circumstances. Processing applications on this list as soon as possible will ensure our economy gets the skills it needs now, not simply the migrants who applied first.

Effective from 1 January 2009, occupations that are not included in the CSL will not be given priority processing unless applicants are sponsored by an employer or sponsored or nominated by a state or territory government.

对！应该还没分VO，在线查询所有的上传资料都还是Required，只有体检资料是finalized或outstanding.

我昨天刚发通知他们我是CSL的Enquiry，做好和你一样收到废话回复的准备

至今为止，我在线查询回复我的邮件应该都是自动回复的，无实质内容的废话

查了一下FreeOZ上以前有过类似回复的桐子，好像这个情况确实是要准签的样子。希望准签早日到来！

我2月14日发了通知我在CSL上面的查询，除了马上收到的自动回复外，到现在也没有收到真正的回复 真是奇怪了，移民局在干嘛？

下周一前能得到回复就算正常， in 5 working days

看样子我的回复是移民局搞错的可能性较大，这么快不合常理。

大家瞧瞧我的回复，2月14号提交的，23号才回复：

Australia’s General Skilled Migration programme.

The information regarding your skills assessment with ASCO code of 2231-79
has been attached to your visa application.

The ASPC is currently in the process of identifying and allocating
applications with an occupation on the Critical Skills List.  It is
expected all eligible applications that were lodged before 1 September
2007 will be allocated by 20 March 2009.

Your application with an occupation on the Critical Skills List will be
allocated to a case officer in date order of lodgement.

For any further enquiries about the application you have lodged please
refer to our website using the following link http://www.immi.gov.
au/contacts/visa-enquiries/professionals.htm
