DIAC的这句回复什么意思？

2月9号我发了一封查询通知DIAC我是ACS MODL，在CSL上，同时要求查一下status。周六/情人节收到他们的回复，有点看不懂耶，同学们能帮忙理解一下么？多谢啦。

DIAC回复（就这么一句）：Notes on file show that an officer has contacted you since lodging this
message which has responded to your enquiry. （这句话语法好复杂，是说他们认为有人之前已经给我回答过这个问题了么？不过我之前确实找他们问过我是不是在CSL上，但这次发信是通知他们我在CSL上。）

我的查询信片段：
GSM_POST_MY_ENQUIRY_3=WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?
GSM_POST_MY_ENQUIRY_13=Other, enter your enquiry in the text box below
GSM_POST_ADDITIONAL_INFORMATION=Please be advised that my occupation has been accessed by ACS with MODL, therefore is on CSL. Thanks for your attention.
I am submitting this inquiry by following the instruction from DIAC: （下面是从每周进度回复里抄下来的）
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONALS
If you have a skills assessment from the Australian Computing Society (ACS)
showing a computer specialisation (as listed on the MODL) you are entitled
to priority processing under the CSL. If you have provided a skills
assessment showing you meet this criterion please advise the department at
http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm . This will ensure that
your application is allocated once your lodgement date has been reached.

好像是说已经有个Office跟您联系过了阿

但是，没有officer contact过我啊，那段话是我从每周进度邮件里抄下来的，那个进度邮件里让ACS CSL的通知post inquiry。

字面上看是这个意思，难道指的是我的申请档案么？但是没有officer联系过我啊，好奇怪。

我大概是这样写，还没有接到回复

......writing to you regarding priority processing.  My .......is MODL, currently ... in the CSL. According to ....new ..., i am entitiled to ........., .....it would be grateful if you ..... give ....priority to my application.....
