ACS查询状态的疑问——Awaiting documents？

我是08年12月27号在线申请的，结果昨天状态变为Awaiting documents，managed by Rhiannon Burkett。这个Awaiting documents是什么意思？我的材料已经在09年1月5号签收了，难道是因为我的在线申请的acknowledge letter没有给过去造成的？我的邮箱也没有收到任何邮件。

可能是要你补料了，写信问一下吧。

我的这个状态超过1周了。

我的状态在Awaiting documents超过了一个星期，但是没有到两个星期，就变成了In Process。但是中间我写信给ACS查询的，虽然没有回音，但是状态顺利变为In Process。
