WHEN WILL I GET A CASE OFFICER?
It is not possible for the ASPC to provide an indicative timeframe for when your application will be allocated to a case officer for processing. Applications are generally allocated to case officers by date of receipt. You should be aware that there are a large number of applications already in the application pipeline at the time you lodge so there may be a significant time lapse before processing commences.
Weekly updated application processing information can be obtained at any time by sending a blank email to aspc.processing@immi.gov.au
The information will by sent by an automated reply.
Yours sincerely,
Department of Immigration and Citizenship
