5年签证到期而又不够条件申请入籍，怎么办？？会立即要求出境吗？？

各位兄台帮忙指点一下！！

小弟今天收到VISA，上面写着：GRANTED 28SEP07,....MUST NOT ARRIVE AFTER 28SEP12.HOLDER PERMITTED TO REMAIN IN AUSTRALIA INDEFINITELY.

其中的“MUST NOT ARRIVE AFTER 28SEP12”是什么意思？？只是：“不能在28SEP12之后入境”，还是：“28SEP12之后必须离境”？？如果到了28SEP12，本人的条件不符合入籍申请的要求，那还能办理延期的PR签证吗？？还是说会必然的成为非法居留？？

入籍申请的4年是按照初次入境的时候开始计算，在VISA批准的 28SEP07－－－－28SEP12这5年内住够4年，是这样定义吗？？

”不能在28SEP12之后入境“————在这个日期之后，妳就不能用这个VISA进出澳洲了。
如果没有新的RRV， 妳就只好长留澳洲境内了（没有任何限制）。不存在非法居留的问题。

你登陆那天开始算，5年住满4年。紧接提出申请的那一年必须连续居住。

建议你到澳洲移民局的网站仔细看看。

What is OZ PR Visa?

This is a permanent residence visa.
As a permanent resident you are permitted to remain in Australia indefinitely.
This visa also allows you to travel to and enter Australia for five (5) years from the date the visa is granted.
The expiry of this visa does not affect your permanent resident status if you are in Australia.
However, if you wish to continue to travel to and from Australia as a permanent resident after the initial visa has expired, you must obtain a Resident Return Visa (RRV).
Your eligibility for an RRV will depend on the period that you have resided in Australia.


This visa allows you and any secondary applicants included in your visa application to live as permanent residents in Australia.
Australian permanent residents can:

_live and work in Australia on a permanent basis
_study in Australia at school or university
_receive subsidised healthcare through Medicare and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
_access certain social security payments (subject to waiting periods)
_be eligible for Australian citizenship (subject to the residency eligibility criteria)
_sponsor people for permanent residence.
