俺只知道直系亲属技术移民能加15分（父母子女以及祖父母、伯舅姑姨的，one step relatives），别的像父母子女可以是其他类别，属于团聚类的，没有分数限制。

As a general surgeon who have worked for 3 years holding a MA diploma of clinical medicine and have taken TOEFL for 3 times, the average score is 625, I wanna continue practicing medicine in Au too. So maybe I'll seek help from you guys, Especially Medicine. Hi,there, say hello to you again.<br>

To answer your question,in Australia if you want to practice as a general surgeon you need pass an Australia test, or go to university study. Chinese degree is not accept in here. But you have good English you can pass it for sure.Australia need general surgeon badly.<br>
