Assessment of pharmacy can only be performed by pharmacy related organization in australia, with at least 7.5 each band in ielts and relevant qualifications accredited by the organization.
Even if your bachelor degree is engineering degree, it is difficult for you to pass the assessment of ea as your doctorate degree shows your professional career has not focused on engineering discipline, which is a great hurdle to complete your three career episodes and convince ea to approve your application.
