今天中午收到CO的邮件，催交语言费，说了理由为什么475的语言费不能直接抵190的。
I have assessed your application. Among the documents provided by you, there is a copy of VAC2 payment for your wife related to your 475 application. Unfortunately, this does not replace the VAC2 payment for your 190 application.
The reasons are explained in the below passage:
There is no provision to credit the VAC2 paid in respect of the subclass 475 visa towards VAC2 liability for the subclass 190 application and the applicant will need to pay a further VAC2 for this application to proceed.
In this instance the applicant can seek a refund of the VAC2 paid in respect of the subclass 475 visa provided they do not come onshore as the holder of that visa
This is because mandatory refunds of VAC2 payments are covered by regulation 2.12H and grounds for a refund include
(d) the visa is granted, and later cancelled, before the applicant first enters Australia as the holder of the visa;
(e) the visa is granted, and otherwise ceases, before the applicant first enters Australia as the holder of the visa;
In seeking a refund the client's options would be to wait for the subclass 190 application to be decided and pay the VAC2 as the grant would cease the subclass 475 visa.
I have attached the invoice for the VAC2 for your 190 application. Once this payment is finalised, I will be in a position to finalise your 190 application.
