ACS的推荐信确已可以中国律师公正就行了，请猛击看官方回复

一切争论都可以停止了，直接看官方的答复，以下是邮件原文。。。我目前还是w 5.5，有待提高啊。。。

我这周会去找律师帮我签，大概下周能提交所有材料吧。不放心的可以等两周我有结果会更新。其实已经有筒子验证成功了。看隔壁贴。

Dear ACS,

I am from China and now have some trouble to have my reference letters
copies certified in Notary Office.  They said there have trouble to
notarize my working experience especially when the reference letters
are in English. They also don't want to make a "certification of copy"
due to similar reason.

I would like to ask if I can send the original documents by post to
avoid certification? Or do you accept Chinese registered layer's
certification? Or Chinese policeman's certification? Of course I will
color scan their working certification.

Any suggestion is welcome. Thank you.

1. 造假的代价极高，不建议造假。
而且如果真的想造假的话，估计公证处或者澳大利亚大使馆也无法查出来，因此也不会找律师了，找澳大利亚大使馆反而可能更像一点

纠正一下大家关于公证的概念，其实所有的资料都是不需要“公证“的

我个人理解就是ACS给造假设置门槛，否则复印件造假还是比较容易的，官网pdf上给出的可以公证的列表里有律师牙医老师议员等等，说明这是个信誉的问题，并非一定要什么官方机构，只不过中国的律师不知道是否在他们这个列表里。根据最新的答复，是可以的。

ACS评估的推荐信可以找律师签字，有律师朋友的移友可以省笔银子啦
