求Partner skill qualifications的加分标准

2012.7.1之前的评分标准中说：Partner skill qualifications 可以加5分，但是不知道怎么才算合格呢？如果LG通过了ACS的职业认证，还需要鸭子的成绩吗？求赐教！

1. Obtain evidence that your partner satisfies the basic requirements:
• a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your partner’s nominated
occupation
• evidence of age
• evidence of English language ability and
• evidence of recent work experience or recent Australian qualifications.
2. Your partner should provide a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority at
the time of application.

LG英文不好啊，本来想钻个空子，看来鸭子还是要过滴。不过看来是Partner在elodge的时候提供鸭子成绩哈，如果能4 6是不是就能算qualified啊？

这个的意思好像是只要partner的ACS评估在提交的时候提交就可？万一之前雅思不过4个6，可以在提交后补雅思成绩不
