101申请表格填写

给女儿申请101的时候填写表格，有一些问题，希望知道的朋友帮忙解答一下，也希望给后面申请的人提供一些参考。

1. 40CH，有问题“do you have the sole legal right to determine where the child shall live or to permanently remove the child from their home country? 个人觉得应该选yes，但是不知道需要提供的document是什么？
2. 40CH和47CH都有的问题，在选择本人是PR的时候需要填写”date of arrival in Australia", 如果填写的时候父母都不在澳洲，这个时间填写什么？
3. 40CH和47CH都需要填写you current residential address, 如果这个地址不是澳大利亚的地址需要attach statement outlining how you will meet your sponsorship obligations? 这个需要attach的是什么？
4. 47CH，"if applying from outside Australia, what is the value of money, goods and assets which the child intends to bring to Australia?"这个是不是需要填写我要带的钱是多少？是不能低于一个数值还是随便写写就好了？
5. 在申请的时候有提到 dependent familiy memebers，请问这个是指除了孩子和父母以外的亲眷吧？
6. 问到child的语言能力，我们家小朋友还不会说话我应该把”how well does the child communicate in English" 写成什么？

麻烦知道的同学告诉我一下哈。现在在国内申请101还是很多问题要请教大家的。谢谢

就选NOT AT ALL ，我们就是这么写滴，也批啦

另外楼主，有些问题不是必须回答的问题，是可以不回答滴；比如“47CH，"if applying from outside Australia, what is the value of money, goods and assets which the child intends to bring to Australia?"”这个问题不一定要回答
