If the employer and employee are eligible, willing and able to meet their obligations under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme, they can commence the 3-step application process.

Step 1 - Employer applies for certification
第一步，雇主申请职位认证。
The employer must apply for certification of a nominated position with the Regional Certifying Body.
雇主必须为为提名的职位向地方职业认证机构提出申请。
Step 2 - Employer nominates the position
第二步，雇主为这个职位申请提名
The employer must lodge the certified nomination application with the department.

雇主必须向移民局递交已认证的提名申请
Step 3 - Employee applies for a visa
第三步，雇员申请签证
The employee must apply for a visa to work in Australia.

雇员必须申请一个在澳工作的签证

我一开始就怀疑了，楼主说话前言不搭后语，过几天会说自己拿到PR了，引诱他人上钩。

被误解的感觉真TM难受。不想说了。为了这次签证，我费尽心思，有人说我不明不白，糊里糊涂，我就撇开agent，自己上移民局官网查相关资料，凭自己有限的英文水平翻译，想大家能更正指教。结果被误解成中介。说不好听，中国人，不，我们这儿的人，都喜欢窝里斗。所以，大家都被骗怕了，才这样警惕的。可以理解。

我现在卡就卡在公司担保还没批，故而上移民局网站看看，对公司担保要求，知己知彼，才能百战不殆。小弟英文水平有限，胡乱翻译了一下，希望高手指正！

证明公司在边远地区合法并良好经营
Location of employment (Question 15 in Form 1054) is in an area covered by the
Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.
公司地址符合边远地区移民计划所覆盖的区域
Certificate of registration for tax purposes (Australian Business Number) for all
businesses.
公司含应缴税号的注册执照
Certificate of registration of business name (if operating under a trading name).
含公司注册名称的注册执照
Certificate of registration with ASIC (if a registered company).

申请人没有相关证书，仅拥有相当的经验或培训经历,且从事ANZSCO职业技能等级1到等级5里列举的职业，则雇主需要提交一份特殊情况预约表。
Submission by the employer for exceptional appointment for ANZSCO skill level 3-4
occupations and evidence that the nominee has worked in the position on a 457 visa
for at least two years.
持457签证的申请人如从事ANZSCO职业技能等级3到等级4所里所列举的职业，雇主则需提交一份的特殊情况预约表和被提名人从事相关工作不低于两年的证据。
Evidence of the requirement for a permanent and on-going position in regional
Australia
证明在澳边远地区需要一个永久和持续性职位
Details on the nomination form.
详尽地填写提名表格
Employment contract for a full-time position for at least two years indicating the base
salary and the total remuneration and conditions of employment.
时间不低于2年的全职雇佣合同，内含基本工资，和全部的报酬以及工作条件。

沉是必然的，因为有你们这些人混迹于这个论坛，动不动就把别人认定为骗子。我承认我很无知，不过那是因为我第一次托朋友办这签证，希望能举家移民澳洲，换个更好的环境工作于生活。由于是第一次，所以什么都不懂，所以注册该论坛，希望能有热心和经验丰富的网友指点。如果我是中介，为何连这中介的名称和电话号码。说实话，我是托我朋友，她呢，同时也是我的雇主、担保人。她联系在澳的律师帮办的。等待期漫长，郁闷之时才发发帖，分享一下经过。

LZ我劝你不要每天发一个新帖，这样很难让别人帮你分析情况的。你有信息更新大可跟在原来的帖子后面，让别人全面了解前后的情况。

用谷歌地图，你想搜哪儿就搜哪儿，分享一下我搜到的结果，我犯谁惹谁了本人做事一向是做足准备，知己知彼的。先前未做好功课，让大家见笑了。记得某一帖中有网友说昆省的申请交到perth，今天我上移民局网站查询过，不是 而是新南威的parramatta大街，故上图以证。
