请问雇主担保移民

请问雇主担保移民的申请条件。在移民局网站上看到貌似不一致的信息：

有一个网页说：have been nominated by an employer who is willing to employ you to work full-time in an occupation listed on the Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List (ENSOL) for at least three years

意思是提供担保的公司要雇用被担保人至少3年。

另一个网页说：have your skills assessed as suitable for the nominated position by the relevant skills assessing authority. A list of assessing bodies can be found in the ENSOL and
unless exceptional circumstances apply, have at least three years full-time work experience in the occupation before the visa application is lodged

申请前有至少3年在sol list 中的工作经验。

我现在有一个一年合同的offer,并且有同专业3年以上的经验。可以走雇主担保移民吗？

这个事挺急得，要和hr谈，哪位有类似经验的请帮帮忙！ 谢了！
