怎么要副申小孩子的体检表？

co把小孩加上了，但是没给我们小孩的体检表，我们通过中介给co写信，co不理，又通过中介给澳洲体检中心发信，都3天了还是没消息，这样正常吗？能不能自己再给体检中心发一遍去要呢？毕竟中介已经要过一次了，再要是不是不太好？

直接给 health.strategies@immi.gov.au 写信，告诉他们情况，要求他们加上小孩的体检；

你可以自己写信去要health.strategies@immi.gov.au  , 说明TRN号，小孩的姓名和出生日期。它会给一个 HRI号，拿这个号去体检就可以了，不用体检表。一般2天就有答复了。

我是这样写的：

Subject: Ask for the baby's HAP ID or HRI

Hi,

I am applying the 175 visa. The Case Officer just added the information of my new-born baby.
But the eHealth clinic can't find the information of the baby.

My TRN is xxxxxxx. Baby's Name: xxxxxx and Date of birth: xxxxxxx.
Could you give my the HAP ID or the HRI so that the clinic can find the baby's info?

Good Afternoon

Please quote HRI: xxxxxx and ask the panel doctor to search using this HRI and your child's DOB.
