ACS 申请的问题

关于ACS的申请，有几个问题需要求助大家

1. 我现在是7年多工作经验，2年高校，5年500强公司，SA，programmer都做过，但是大部分是SA工作，架构上做的也比较多，但是大部分是针对OS和data center组建以及维护的，现在基本可以算OS level的architecture。现在的公司是甲方，我算是L3 support。需求分析，预算，架构搭建现在都在做，但是主要还是SA工作比较多点。
像我这种情况，申请system administrator 应该是没有啥问题，只是SA现在不在SOI的一类列表上，不知道是否可以申请ICT BUSINESS ANALYST 或者SYSTEM ANALYST? 我最近两份工作的的Title都是system analyst

我是应该老老实实申请SA的还是说，尽量往ICT或者System analyst上靠？
如果是往上靠的话，如果ACS是不认可，ACS会给评估成SA还是会直接reject掉？

2， 我本科不是计算机类专业。肯定需要提供RPL表。那像我这种情况还需要再提供学位认证和本科成绩单么？如果需要提供的话，是必须密封么
3， 推荐信是必须用公司抬头的信纸么?有抬头的信纸公司就没见过。。。是不是要必须雇主写推荐信？担心HR不太可能给写这东西。如果是叫现在依然在这个公司的朋友或者老板写推荐信，然后签名，是不是也可以？我在现在的公司不到2年，我提供所有工作过的公司的推荐信和工作证明是不是可以？要不要提供社保清单什么之类的来证明自己的工作
4. 工作职责内容这东西，用中文还是英文？看网上有的说要用中文写，然后公证处给翻译成英文并公正？
5. 各种IT证书是不是要公证？只是我证书都是SA方向的。。然后有个ITIL

答：你的哪些较长，尽管涉及面不少但都是与“ACS”紧密相关，因此不会直接reject。具体选哪个为提名职业，我的意见：评估为了技术移民，顾名思义要在SOL表中和州担保表中选定。其实你的经历已经具备“选”的资格，主要在推荐信职责描述中“紧扣”提名职业主题就行。

2， 我本科不是计算机类专业。肯定需要提供RPL表。那像我这种情况还需要再提供学位认证和本科成绩单么？如果需要提供的话，是必须密封么。
答：本科不是计算机类专业，有其他学历（如硕士）是计算机专业就行；否则按要求RPL。现在的学历移民得分要凭评估机构的学历学位认可，因此ACS评估时你需要提供学位公证、本科成绩单公证（这两项用清华认证也行），不一定非要“密封件”。

3，推荐信是必须用公司抬头的信纸么?有抬头的信纸公司就没见过。。。是不是要必须雇主写推荐信？担心HR不太可能给写这东西。如果是叫现在依然在这个公司的朋友或者老板写推荐信，然后签名，是不是也可以？我在现在的公司不到2年，我提供所有工作过的公司的推荐信和工作证明是不是可以？要不要提供社保清单什么之类的来证明自己的工作
答： 推荐信不必雇主写，让你当时的“上司”用现在就职公司的信纸写最好；公司真没有抬头信纸就只好按规定格式制作了。我ACS评估261313时，在工作经验方面除了推荐信和雇主证明之外，没有提供社保、税单、工资单之类的任何证明。

4. 工作职责内容这东西，用中文还是英文？看网上有的说要用中文写，然后公证处给翻译成英文并公正？
答：一切文件尽量用英文写，省得花钱让公证处给翻译。

5. 各种IT证书是不是要公证？只是我证书都是SA方向的。。然后有个ITIL
答：各种证书不需要，与提名职业无关的证书只有消失的资格。

关于第二个问题， 不是非计算机专业都要走RPL，我是自动化专业，也没用RPL，直接Group A。 只要你计算机类的课程达到一定比例就可以。

ACS 评估不需要雅思成绩。

在澳洲移民的过程中，雅思成绩单和护照只要有彩色扫描件就不用公证。因为这些是原版中英文对照的文件，符合明文规定。

如果是500强的话，绝大多数应该都是有公司抬头信纸的。只不过是不是对普通员工accessible就不一定了。因为公司抬头的东西代表的是公司，拿出去公司要负责任的。

建议您秘密的打听一下能不能搞到，公司是否允许员工个人使用。不行的话我觉得情愿用普通纸，也不要自己制作公司信纸，因为这样做等于是伪造文件，如果明知故犯的话性质更严重。

我个人是征得公司HR的同意，由他们出具的work reference。虽然我们公司的抬头信纸任何人都拿得到，但是公司规定不得擅自使用。

多谢，我课程数量应该不到
RPL需要提供本科的证书和成绩单公证么？主要是大学现在没开学，如果需要的话必须等了。。
还有我问题1里面提到的这个申请title，有什么建议么。
现在不知道如果申请ICT的话，如果ACW不过，是直接reject掉还是会分配一个他们认为合适的title

明白了，这个信纸应该可以搞到。
只是用信纸了还用公正么？是用中文英文？会不会有背调？
