南澳延长州担保时间到2个月

今日收到SA的催 lodge信，如是说....

New state sponsorship applications approved from the 17th of January 2012 will be given 60 days to lodge their visa application with DIAC and enter their TRN / BCC number into the Client Tracking System.

我这种17号前的，还是1个月有效

不过我还在等SA的担保。。。

楼主，我是1月5号收到的批准，今天在网上发现：
Note:
The validity of this sponsorship approval is only valid for 60 days from date of approval.

原来是显示30天的。也就是这个变化也适用前面拿的。

All Sponsorships approved from 01 January 2012 are valid for 60 days. There will no extensions (unless there are extenuating or compelling circumstances that are unforeseen AND beyond your control) and if the request is made before the approval expires. If a Sponsorship approval has expired, applicants will need to submit a completely new Sponsorship application. They must meet all criteria (including any new requirements) at that time.

Immigration SA’s records show that you were granted South Australian state sponsorship after 1 July 11 but as yet, have not provided DIAC visa lodgement details to Immigration SA for a state sponsored GSM visa application with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). Immigration SA is allowing applicants approved during this period an additional 30 days to lodge their visa application with DIAC. The TRN / BCC number and DIAC lodgement date for the applicant must be emailed to gsm.sa@sa.gov.au by Wednesday the 15th of February 2012 (please note: you will not be able to enter the TRN /BCC number into the Client Tracking system on this occasion).



Please note:  This decision is final.  Immigration SA will not enter into any communication regarding this decision as it is deemed to be "in the interest of natural justice with fairness to all applicants".  There will be no further extensions beyond this 30 day period.

----这句话意思是给你额外的30天，加上原来的30天就是60天， 只是额外的30天只能在2.15前发信告诉他们：
The TRN / BCC number and DIAC lodgement date for the applicant must be emailed to gsm.sa@sa.gov.au by Wednesday the 15th of February 2012 (please note: you will not be able to enter the TRN /BCC number into the Client Tracking system on this occasion).

说实话，这封信我也看不大懂 ，反正加快就是了

晕死啊 如果我3月多才提交南澳担保的申请的话 还能赶在7月新政以前吗

这个应该能赶上的

本来就想来提醒大家，去年5月初 SA就关闭申请担保了，然后说明尽可能在7-1前给出结果
这次没准也是这个时候关闭，这样它能尽可能在1-2个月内出担保结果，那么大家可以赶在7-1之前
