1. Evidence of change of name 是因为我写了工作中用的英文名，有谁提交过类似的 Evidence？
2. 体检是要现在做了吗？Australian visa要做哪些项目体检？s
3. “Evidence of State/Territory government agency or Regional Certifying Body nomination ”，已经提交TRN到SA州，由州生成1100 form给DIAC，还需要我提交什么啊？

你的英文名字没有法律效力，所以只能自己澄清了，请人事部开个证明吧。体检现在也可以做起来了，176现在的进度基本上已经是随到随审。

人事部说没有这样的证明。我试下scan员工卡咯。现在这种情况可以跟DIAC邮件联系需要什么吗？

另外第三点有没有人有经验？

Thank you for your email in relation to your visa application under Australia's General Skilled Migration program.

The department will accept scanned copies of the original document (non-certified) provided they are in colour.  If you scan documents in black and white, then they must be scanned copies of the certified copies.

You can provide your scanned documents by email or by using our online lodgement facility (if you lodged your application online).
Note: You will need to use your unique Transaction Reference Number (TRN) and the password that you supplied when this application was created and saved to do this.

For online lodged applications - your online checklist will not automatically update.  It will only be updated when your application is allocated to and assessed by your case officer.

Scanned copies of your Police Clearance Certificates are acceptable for the processing of your application.

Providing scanned copies of documents can reduce postal and administrative delays in receiving and processing information. You should be aware that a case officer may request original documents during the processing of an application if there is a need for these documents.

Information about the health requirements for General Skilled Migration (GSM) and medical examinations is available on the department's website.

Applicants who apply for one of the following GSM visas outside Australia can undertake health and character checking prior to their application being allocated to a case officer:
* Skilled - Independent subclass 175
* Skilled - Sponsored subclass 176
* Skilled - Regional Sponsored subclass 475
* Skilled - Recognised Graduate subclass 476.

The benefit of applicants undertaking health and character checks may be a reduction in the amount of time required before a decision can be made, however, applicants and migration agents should be aware that:
* Health examinations and police clearances have limited validity periods and if these expire before the application is finalised these checks may be requested again, and must be provided at the applicant's cost.
* The department may still need to undertake other checking in respect of the application that may delay a decision.
* Undertaking health examinations and providing police clearances does not guarantee an application will be successful.

To assist in deciding when to undertake health and character procedures please check current allocation dates and processing times on the department's website.
