雇主拖阿拖阿，一直到5月17号才申请。最近查WA的官网说rcb process时间是18个工作日，现在才处理到5月5号的。。。艾。。。。

那你要抓紧了，就算六月中ＲＣＢ出来．
你先让雇主准备好提名的资料．
你这边把签证申请的资料全部准备好．
如果没啥耽误，还是来得及的．

最近有几个准的同学，感觉陆陆续续一直有啊．

好担心啊，中介不催估计是怕催多了co烦他心情不好直接拒了。听说最近119857拒签挺多的，时间拖着各种不安心啊。呜呜

恩恩，就是雇主太不给力，local HR办事效率啊。。。。之前续合约和rcb就被她拖了好两三周。。。也是我自己不好，直到开始办RCB才注意到7.1政策变化。。。弄得手忙脚乱的。
请问雇主能在rcb之前就准备提名材料吗？多谢AMANDA~~~~

en en，我估计是得同时进行，冒着签证费作废的风险了。你的雇主提名批下来花了多久呀？

你等ＲＣＢ出来马上提交雇主提名，然后马上签证申请，或两者同时进行．
我的ＲＣＢ用了四周（应该三周就可以了，因为后来补了个工作代码）．

6月1号职位提名approved，今天收到中介通知体检

问一句，体检是不是要连同父母一起做啊？（父母没有一起申请过去的）

可以DRC之后，等签证官给你Email体检号码，然后再体检，之前告诉过你的，似乎你不相信。

我是这样做的，希望快点分CO啦

按照政策，中国大陆申请人是无法做DRC的。

因为DRC要求在申请提交前做体检，这是必须的，移民局网站有一个FAQ明确说明了不接受没有体检的DRC。

但是中国大陆现在体检都是电签，不接受没有体检号码的体检。所以这是个死结。如果按照政策来，中国大陆申请者的DRC之路基本是堵死的。

但是，没有什么规则能够难住我们中国人不是吗？

在中国大陆，其实有一些体检诊所是可以做没有体检号码的体检的。那就是不走电签渠道，走纸签。而且，他们只要给做了，移民局也接受。

这是经过多人实践过的，是可以走通的路。


不知道不做体检的DRC有成功的实例吗？如果有的话，那说说明都可以。

你得和你雇主的ＨＲ讲明七一新政的情况，让他抓紧．
提名资料应该就是公司情况的一些材料，还有雇佣合同啥的．

Do visa applicants need to undertake health examinations if they are offshore?

It is our understanding that in most instances clients are able to undertake medicals offshore in advance of lodging their applications.

In some instances panel doctors will not undertake a medical assessment in advance of application lodgement. If such instances do occur we are unable to assist with resolving them. If a medical can not be obtained before lodgement the application should not be declared decision ready.

In most instances the main challenge is that the panel doctors report goes directly to the Health Operations Centre so that the agent is unable to confirm that health clearances have been finalised.

From a "decision ready" perspective we do not want applications certified as decision ready only to find upon allocation that there is no record of health being done. Rather than excluding totally this offshore cohort, we propose that where your client has undertaken an offshore medicals that you wait two weeks after the medicals are done before submitting the application. In certifying the application decision ready, we ask that you advise when and where the medicals were conducted. We will check on-line for the medical record when we receive the application, if the record is available we will allocated as decision ready. If not we will wait two weeks and check again, if the record is still not there we will queue the application.

We have had feedback that for onshore medicals that there might be different approaches being taken to whether the hard copy record of the medicals is provided as part of the application process.

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship introduced a new electronic health processing system that significantly reduces health processing times. Clients applying for Australian visas that require health checks should only attend a panel medical clinic for health examination after lodging their visa application. After lodgement, clients will be notified by the Visa and Citizenship Office of the Australian Consulate-General Hong Kong about their e-health reference number (or HAP ID). The advice will be contained in a document called "Health Examinations List". Clients are encouraged to arrange to complete their health examination as soon as possible on receipt of the "Health Examinations List" to avoid processing delays.

这段话貌似说的是正常体检的程序，没提和DRC的关系吧？尤其没有提到中国大陆申请人DRC的问题吧？您引用这段话是想说明什么问题啊？

回复风兄  sorry 我并没有争论的意思，因为我的朋友JANNY在广州一移民公司帮她在澳洲的律师行做的DRC，并且没有要求增加费用，中介说DRC是一个很严格的审核，他们要看情况允许才做的，否则3次资料不全他们就会被取消DRC资格! 而且不是所以的AGENT都有DRC资格。言归正传，澳洲的律师并没有要她体检， 她想了解这个问题，问了中介几次都得到答复是收到ID才需要体检，我把你上边的描述给她，中介是这样回复她，并且说澳洲官网描述得含糊，而且这个FAQ可能已经过时。她是5月16日递签23日收到ack信24日扣款2095aud 的到现在还没有收到HAP ID中介叫她等收到ID再体检。我只是想弄清楚而已，如有冒犯请多多包涵 我和很多中国的朋友都想搞清楚什么是DRC的希望我们不会被误导。因为澳洲的移民政策经常变，所以我希望知情人士能出来明确一下。

呵呵，非常抱歉可能我误解您的意思了。

我也是澳洲的代理，据我和他们接触到现在的情况看来，他们是非常专业，也是非常严谨的。就提前体检这个问题，我和他们沟通多次，他们也和悉尼体检中心已经移民局专门就这个问题探讨过。我前面提到的这个FAQ，就是移民局不久前提供给他们的，我觉得不应该存在过期的问题。

当然就这个问题，我觉得两家代理的做法都可能行得通，毕竟移民局那么多人，不是所有人都会按照完全相同的标准处理同一个问题。到底是哪个行，亦或是都行，这个要用结果来检验了。在有确定的答案前，我觉得还是保守一点的做法更安全，不是吗？

再一次对对您的误解表示歉意！

不必递交申请的时候做，后来做也是可以的，除非你的中介没有在移民局注册无法DRC.

DRC可以在申请之后补交,这个没有听说过啊.
前面很多同学说过DRC不可以后补.

碰到一件很搞笑的事情。我的签证早在5月30日就准了，但是确认信发给了我未来单位的HR，HR当天就转给我了，但是我目前单位的邮箱可能有什么关键字把该邮件被屏蔽掉了，我始终没明白为什么单单那封邮件我收不到，其余的邮件都收发正常。

幸好今天发邮件去问HR，想让她去帮忙催一下签证官，才发现签证原来早已经下来，发现我们的CO真是神速啊，5月29日晚上我email给他补充的材料，30日就准了！牛！

另外证明了一件事情：只要不满一年的情况下，新加坡无刑可以不做的，除非CO要求你去做。
