I think to buy anything less than 100 nzd made in china ebay is better than amazon. Amazon charge shipping fee depends on the weight around 10 nzd. Some chinese seller in ebay offers free shipping to nz which is great.

I bought a xiaomi router from ebay at nzd51 and works great. The delivery time is around two weeks which is very fast.

This way I can enjoy the fresh air in Auckland and pleasure of buying reasonable price goods with nz dollar purchasing power in China.

You have to pay shipping yourself if you use Taobao I guess.

I think the reputation of ebay is better than taobao. I heard it is quite easy to get fake score in taobao.

因为LZ不太熟悉用淘宝，所以觉得EBAY好。淘宝不但选择更多，含运费也比EBAY便宜。

My wife has taobao account and purchased a lot from taobao, but the goods shipped to shanghai.
