今天收到超速罚单改成警告信的通知，庆祝一下！

几个月前，在Melbourne的M3高速开车，超速被照相了，收到罚单，176刀。
收集了点资料，写了求情信要求撤销罚单，改为警告信。
一个半月后，收到信，被告知申诉成功，交了的罚金会退给我，庆祝一下，并与大家分享一下。

申诉前提：
1. 超速不能超过10KM/H。
2. 近2年内没有申请过撤销罚单改警告信。

申诉方法：
填写附件中的申诉表，并附上具体申诉理由内容（表格上的地方太小，我另附了一张纸，并且手写）
邮寄到申诉表最下面的地址

我的申诉内容（英语水平有限，仅供参考）：

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is XXXX XXX and I'm holding a translated Chinese drive license at the moment.

Recently I received the Infringement Notice about exceed speed limit 8 km/h on XX-Aug. The Traffic Infringement Notice Number is XXXXXXXX, Vehicle Registration Number is XXXXXX, and the Obligation Number is XXXXXXXX.

I admit that I drove faster than the permitted speed at that time and it is my fault. I should not do that in any situation. However as a very responsible driver without any infringement in the past X years, I hope this infringement can be reconsidered.

I always perform as a very careful driver, and did not have any traffic infringement both in China and Australia. I drove on Eastlink M3 from XXX to XXX, which has a 42 kilometers toll way in between. The traffic volumes were less on toll way and such a long distance driving on the same straight way made me relax my vigilance that I did not notice the speed has exceeded the speed limit.

I hope it can be changed to an official warning. I guarantee that in the future more attention will be provided in accordance with driving, not speeding and illegal any more.

Once again apologize for my behavior.
