标题: 急问07年8月的136类，现转州担保要重新考雅思吗
我是07年8月签收的136类，现转州担保要重新考雅思吗。是维多利亚洲的，本人已06年8月通过雅思考试，08年背调，体检都通过了，如果申请了州担保会要重来一次吗？
请大家指点告知一下

申请洲担保还是己经通过？

现在申请担保要4个6。。

刚申请下来，但还没有提交，怕要雅思成绩，我给移民局发过邮件，他们这样加复的

I refer to your query and advise that you will need to contact the State or
Territory from where you are seeking a nomination to confirm the English
requirements for a nomination.

For the Deparment's purposes you have met the vocational English requirment
and as such is not required to provide a new IELTS to us (Department of
Immigration).

那就不用雅思了
直接通知移民局就行了
