I. Household Registration Book has the legal power to certify the identity of resident and the relationship among family members. It is also the main basis for household registration authority to carry out household investigation and check. The head of the household or any other family members shall present the Household Registration Book to the staff of registration authority who are investigating or checking household conditions.
II. The head of household shall put this Registration Book in a safe place and be informed that any unauthorized modification, transfer and lend are prohibited. Loss of this Book shall be immediately reported to registration authority.
III. The right of handling household registration is remained with household registration authority. No other organization or person has the right to make any records on this Registration Book
IV. In case of increasing or decreasing family members or modifying the contents in this Book, Household Registration Book shall be presented to registration authority when modifications are declared.
V. In case that all family members move out of the area under the jurisdiction of this household registration authority, this Household Registration Book shall be handed in and logged off with household registration authority.
