计划回国旅游3~4周。但把15岁的女儿留在家不放心。有此期间登陆愿意租住我家的，
房租按市场价减免50%(需分摊家务，监护女儿)。我们回澳后，如租客暂未找到住处，
可继续按市场价租住双人客房或单人客房。有免费wireless宽带(但我们不提供网卡
)。

我是打算08年登陆AD的，495签证，女生，27岁，单身，应该符合您的要求，不知道您打算具体什么时间回国，我本来想要寻找3月的同行者，4/5月也可了，您4/5月有客房出租吗？？

You can apply to Immigration SA to get free Meeting and Greeting service (pick you up from airport for free, and the volunteer will help you to go shopping, answer you questions about settlement, etc) and cheap accommodation. You can live in that accommodation for max. 12 weeks.
Make sure to contact Immi SA at least 6 weeks in advance, otherwise Immi SA may not find an accommodation for you.
When you got you visa, you also received a letter which tells you about on arrival progarm.

The above information is only applicable in South Australia.

For example, $180pw for a 3bedroom house including the expense of Electricity, Gas and Water.
It would be at least $220pw for normal rental exclude expense of utility.

The price varies depends on the location. Normally the accomodation arranged by immi SA is close to train stop or bus stop for the convenience of new migrants.

Everyone should receive a letter about this service when you received you visa if your visa is 495 or any visa that subject to SA government nomination.

One of my colleague was a new migrant from UK. He never heard about this. I guess it's because his visa is 136, which is not subject to SA government nomination.

Teen are very independent. They have their own social life, do not enjoy following parent any more.
I used to travel with her every school holiday when I was in China and she was young.
