标题: 悲了个剧的，申请BA，ACS只认了后半段工作经验，review还是appeal呢？ [打印本页]

标题: 悲了个剧的，申请BA，ACS只认了后半段工作经验，review还是appeal呢？
刚刚收到了ACS结果，倒是符合条件，却只给我算了后一份工作的2年，前一份说是software engineer-not closely related to the code

其实我的工作内容都是按照BA写的，而且个人觉得比第二份里头职责写得还多一些，但公司给的title就是software engineer呀，所有职位都是。。

打算写个信申诉一下，有人有类似经验么？

给CO写了信，倒是很快被回复了，说是

In regards to your enquiry, our assessors have assessed your experience based on your description of duties performed and not your position title.

The outcome of this has been noted as not closely related to your nominated ANZSCO code.

You do have the option of submitting a review within 60 days of your result letter and uploading additional documentation or a change of ANZSCO.

好吧，先研究下review/appeal。之前都没关注过这个呢。。

主要写了职责。项目只是列了一下，因为每个项目的职责都差不多啊

如果只有２年，是不是ＥＯＩ的时候也只能claim２年的工作经历啊？

好担心啊，我的情况跟你基本一样，前两年是做开发的，title也不是ＢＡ。但是一般哪有一毕业就做ＢＡ的啊，都是刚开始做开发，有经验了才做。我的工作title前面的几年都是software engineer。只有后面几年才是ＢＡ

个人建议啊，Review的时候，可以把你的项目描述清晰一些。
Title真的没关系的，我亲身经验。但一定要有细节，只有细节才有说服力。

嗯，我也觉得把第一份工作的开发和BA时间段区分开比较好，重新写个推荐信再review，这样貌似把握大一些。。
appeal倒是成功能退钱，但成功可能性不大呀。

唉，主要是我总怕自动化不算ICT Major，于是想多凑点相关经验，于是不相关的开发木有单独拎出来写。。
结果倒是是本科和硕士都认可了comparable major in computing，工作经验出问题了。

各位自动化的可以安心当IT major了

里面说VET职业评估的情况，跟我们的情况一样，答复是全部年资会由移民局来判定。我觉得ACS肯定也是这样吧。
移民局的打分表上从来没写过，工作经验必须是同一职位啊。
否则，如果一个人工作八年，前四年和后四年申请不到同一个职位，则他只能claim4年的工作经验。
但另一个人工作五年，只做过一份工作，就可以claim到5年的工作经验，怎么想也不合理啊。

ACS认可的，DIAC不一定认可
ACS不认可的，DIAC必然不认可
不要尝试去赌DIAC会认可你ACS没有评估出来的工作经验

已经说的很明白了，评估是基于你提供的职责的描述，而不是你的职位。哪里说了需要和职位挂钩

回楼上的，推荐信我几乎是对着ACS的描述一条一条对应上去的，所以个人感觉，title还是影响到了的，或者是人家也觉得不应该一上来就当BA吧

title 应该不影响，我的工作变过但title 都不是BA。
如果推荐信没有问题，应该就是project report了。根据他是可以看出你的职责等的，这个应该会影响到。

严重安慰一下LZ先！

谁在苦苦等待一个多月之后，收到这样的信，都会觉得郁闷的，MAYBE俺就是下一个呢？呵呵！
我相信，LZ推荐信里的工作内容应该是按照职业代码的定义，仔细研究过以后再写的，不然，天马行空的，LZ也不一定写得出那么多来，所以，LZ第一份工作经历写跑题应该是不太可能的。所以，我也不知道LZ还有没有这样的机会，和CO再交流一下，因为据说OZ的CO都有牙膏的特性，要挤一挤才会有的，所以，LZ看看能不能再追问他一下，让他在讲具体一点，为啥第一段工作经历不算数。因为，如果LZ是严格按照要求写的，但是CO却说NOT CLOSED TO，那不是真言说瞎话吗？！两个人中总有一个没说实话，在这里，我愿意相信LZ，所以，问题应该出在CO身上，需要他给出个具体的解释，别这么随便一句话就把你忽悠了！
关于项目经验，我估计很多TX都看到了ACS提供的所谓的reference letter的模板，说实话，那里面根本就没有提到具体的项目经验，如果CO拿这个来压你，也不靠谱哦！还是建议LZ再和他扯扯！
最后，关于对策，我觉得现在继续和他追问，研究根本原因，应该是一条路！
想办法补材料，申请review，是可以同时进行的第二条路，重写reference letter是一中方法，但我觉得工作量太大了，还要重新找人签字，还要重新做certified copy，能不能尽量不走到这一步？CO的原话是：“You do have the option of submitting a review within 60 days of your result letter and uploading additional documentation or a change of ANZSCO.”所以如果LZ是怀疑项目经历方面不够详细的问题，要不就尝试一下专门整一个项目描述或者report之类的发给他？如果对方讲道理的话，应该也能说通！所以，为了能让这个步骤的效率高一些，在一开始，刨根问底弄清楚他说你NOT CLOSED TO的原因就显得更为重要了！
第三条路，我觉得就像CO建议的，可以考虑换个ANZSCO CODE，不必在一棵树上吊死啊！SA的列表上，2611有2个，2613有5个，多多少少都是个programming相关的，没必要非要BA啊！就算看上去BA比CODING的级别要高一些，这一不影响评估结果的级别高低，二更不影响过去实际的找工作。要我说，应该是看个人的工作经验，哪个更容易通过，就应该评估哪个，而不是哪个看上去更高级，而评估哪个！毕竟，到了那边找工作，又不是凭这个评估结果一锤定音的，还不是要重新提交CV，再搞笔试，面试啥的……我不了解LZ，只是自己的一点建议，供LZ参考！

老实说，我给CO写信追问了为什么不符合，人家木有给我回复，于是只好改推荐信了。其实她给我回的那段我觉得也基本是套话。。

我申请BA也是因为BA是最符合的，因为我本身没怎么做coding。所以ANZSCO CODE我也不打算换了。

痛苦改推荐信中，打算尽量写具体，一不小心就4页了。。

自我安慰一下，被ACS卡住总比被DIAC卡住强。。毕竟相对不那么费银子

嗯，照实际工作经验写是最好的了，但愿这次的问题就出在这个项目描述方面，好好改改吧，但愿改好一次过关！
对的，钱，其实不是问题，来这里的TX怎么着都有五年八年的工作经验了，咱不差这点钱，呵呵！

那个what is a BA我还真看过。。我再琢磨一下。。
为什么最近通过的都是走RPL的呀，我算是ICT major的，所以应该不需要写project report。。写太多页自己都不想看了，真痛苦。
顺便问一下，你是第一份工作经验就算成BA了么？
