有个同事最近通过475拿到了PR，据他说，他可以在一年之内就换成澳洲护照。475真有这么快的吗？

我的PR是136的，09年才批下来的。是不是还是按照以前的政策，住满四年才能换身份的？

475必须是住满两年其中满足有一年在当地的工作经验

感觉应该是这样的。475登陆后3年内住满2年转PR，入籍要求4年内满三年。
楼主的朋友已经475转PR，肯定是3年住满了2年，再住上一年，就满足了4年内住满三年的入籍条件了。

那136的，如果登陆满了整三年，三年内都在澳洲，能在这时候申请入籍吗？

Nope~

居住四年，在境內至少三年，最後一年要住滿275天(365-90)

Australian Citizenship Act 2007 Residence Requirements
To satisfy the residence requirements you must have:

4 years lawful residence in Australia.
This period must include 12 months as a permanent resident immediately before making an application for Australian citizenship
and absences from Australia of no more than 12 months in total in the 4 years prior to application,
including not more than 90 days in the 12 months immediately prior to application.

Lawful residence means residence in Australia on a temporary or permanent visa.
